Who we are

UK Hair Transplant Clinics have been providing hair loss advice and surgical hair restoration for the past 15 years. All of our surgeons are highly qualified and have many years of experience in the industry. Every one of our surgical facilities is registered and regulated with the Government's Care Quality Commission, which means the standards we work to are inspected rather than simply claimed, and that your treatment is carried out in a safe environment.

We give consultations right across the UK, and with surgery centres in Manchester, Nottingham and London we can arrange hotel accommodation if you have to travel. Our team of hair transplant physicians give honest advice with round the clock care close to home, so you feel supported at every stage rather than only on the day of surgery.

We also pride ourselves on aftercare. Every patient is given their own coordinator for help before and after surgery, and every surgical procedure carries a guarantee. In the rare case that a procedure does not achieve the result we agreed, we bring you back and treat you again free of charge. That is judged after we have given the transplant the eighteen months it can take to show a full result, and during those eighteen months we invite you back for regular reviews so we can monitor how it is progressing.

Many have been with us for more than five years and are among the most skilled and experienced people in the field of hair transplantation. That recognised expertise means our staff are regularly approached to teach assistants from other clinics the finer points of the more advanced techniques, and physicians from around the world link in to observe and learn. We take a good deal of pride in the confidence placed in them.

It is easy to make bold statements of success and much harder to stand behind them in a fast growing and heavily advertised market. We deal with real problems and appropriate solutions every day, and we have never been afraid of backing up what we claim. If we are unable to achieve the treatment plan and the realistic result that goes with it, we will welcome you back and treat you again at no extra cost. That happens rarely. In the event that we cannot retreat you for medical reasons, you receive an appropriate refund instead.

Our facilities are a blend of clinical technology and considered design. Treatment and surgery rooms are fully equipped to handle a full day of microscopic follicular unit transplantation or follicular unit extraction surgery, with one patient per room. Each surgery room adjoins a row of five to six high definition microscope stations where technicians cut and sliver the donor strip.

Whichever facility you choose, the intention is the same: attentive staff and a calm, contemporary setting, so that patients are at ease from the hair loss assessment through to the moment surgery is complete.

Our physicians perform one procedure and one only, which is hair transplantation.

They work one to one with patients throughout the process and generally prefer to schedule a single procedure a day, so that each patient gets the attention the operation deserves.

We advise over 6,000 patients every year. Hair loss and its correction is all we do, which is why we are willing to put our guarantee in writing rather than leave it as something said in a consultation room. Every surgical procedure we carry out comes with a written guarantee that sets out what we have agreed to achieve, and exactly what happens if we do not achieve it.

We stand by our guarantee, but we take no pleasure in retreating patients, because for most people that is an added inconvenience they could do without. We do everything we can to avoid it being necessary, and that starts at the assessment. Only around 40% of the people we assess turn out to be suitable for a hair transplant, and we will say so when surgery is not the right answer. Years of experience mean we can usually spot a potential problem at consultation, and where we do, we say so.
